we care

ILCO is a humanitarian NGO working at the grassroots to support vulnerable worker communities – including migrant workers, domestic workers, informal sector workers, and those displaced by conflict or exploitation.

We provide legal aid, health access, labour rights advocacy, welfare services and emergency protection — in close collaboration with trade unions, legal institutions, local authorities, and international partners.

Who We Are

ILCO upholds social justice and the fundamental rights of workers. Founded as a cross-disciplinary humanitarian movement—by lawyers, medical professionals, activists and community leaders—ILCO exists to serve those most often left out of formal systems.
