ILCO is a humanitarian NGO working at the grassroots to support vulnerable worker communities – including migrant workers, domestic workers, informal sector workers, and those displaced by conflict or exploitation.

Who We Are
ILCO upholds social justice and the fundamental rights of workers. Founded as a cross-disciplinary humanitarian movement—by lawyers, medical professionals, activists and community leaders—ILCO exists to serve those most often left out of formal systems.
Our Approach
ILCO operates on the ground through mobile outreach teams, shelter networks, and rights education campaigns. From industrial zones and plantations to urban settlements and refugee camps, we stand with workers to restore justice, safeguard health, and renew hope.

What We Do
Free legal aid in high-risk zones; covers wage theft, unfair dismissal, exploitation, trafficking,
and provides representation plus worker rights education.

Training on labour law, campaigns against exploitation, policy engagement, and corporate compliance support.

Immediate aid (food, shelter, childcare) and long-term support (housing, social protection, training, empowerment).

Shelter networks, 24/7 hotline, crisis rescue, and recovery plans including legal aid, jobs, and counselling.

Mobile and on-site care for occupational diseases, injuries, reproductive and mental health, with preventive education and healthcare linkage.
